Hand pulled noodles in RVA? Yes, please! Loved the texture of the hand pulled noodles, chewy and toothsome. The broth was clear and flavorful in the beef noodle soup. Also ordered pan fried buns (sheng jian bao) and they were surprisingly good! These are hard to make and the ones at Mr. Noodle were juicy and flavorful.
